Free, fully inclusive dance classes, every Monday from 1.30pm – 2.30pm.
If you love to dance, have a sing-song or just clap along to the music, come along to our Simply SOSA Fitness classes. After class, we’ll have a nice cup of tea and biscuits, with social time to meet new friends in the local community.
This class will improve your physical health, posture, coordination, balance, strength and dexterity… and it will work wonders for your mental wellbeing.
You can sit or stand, with or without a balance aid… the choice is yours.
All ages and abilities welcome.
